Dear Dr. Mike,

My advice for today is this: Watch where you step. I was walking between buildings today at work, and didn't happen to notice the moderate sized rock laying on the pavement. I stepped on it, and rolled my ankle but good. At this point, my ankle feels like it's been given the hard goodbye. Hopefully I can walk tomorrow...

Yep... it's absolutely no fun. I'm able to put some more weight on it today, but it's still not exactly hunkey-dorey...
